| BREMEN: Wir sehen uns im September! |
 Nach etlichen erfolglosen Anläufen in den letzten Jahren gehts im September endlich und wirklich in die Freie Hansestadt! Zusammen mit den großartigen Kollegen von Scythe Beast und Downfall blasen wir am 05.09. in der Zollkantine zu einem amtlichen Melodic Death/Thrash Abriss. Das wird auf jeden Fall ein Fest und zugleich der Abschluß unseres Fest & Festival Sommers. Seid dabei! Doors Open: 19 Uhr, Beginn: 20 Uhr.

After several unsuccessful attempts in recent years, we’re finally heading to the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen this September! | WUPPERTAL: Ein letztes mal Eventground! |
 Freunde der fetten Bratgitarren, wir kommen mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge zurück nach Wuppertal. Am 14.03. werden wir gemeinsam mit den großartigen Harkon und Justify auf der After-Work-Party der Extreme.Nice.People vom METALITY e.V. zum Abriss blasen. Dazu kommt, dass wir spätestens seit der Neujahrsshow im Januar 2025 auch die Location, das Team und die Gäste des Eventground in unser schwermetallisches Herz geschlossen haben.
Womit wir auch beim weinenden Auge wären: Wie bekannt sein dürfte, wird das Eventground/Underground im November seine Pforten schließen und die Szene einen weiteren Leuchtturm der Metal-Subkultur verlieren. :/ Wir könnten jetzt einen ellenlangen Vortrag über die zum Himmel schreiende Diskrepanz zwischen Wert und Wertschätzung von Kultur unter den Mühlen von Politik und Wirtschaft halten … am Ende ist es, wie es ist. Ein letztes Jahr Underground, ein letztes Jahr Eventground. Also lassen wir es einfach noch einmal richtig krachen! Danke an METALITY und Stephanie vom Eventground für diese Einladung. Wir sind stolz darauf, Teil eines „letzten, großen Finales 2026“ an dieser Stätte sein zu dürfen. Kommt alle und macht den Laden voll! Bei.Jedem.Noch.Verbleibendem.Event!

Friends of the fat crunching guitars, we’re coming back to Wuppertal with one laughing eye and one crying eye. On March 14th, we’ll blow the roof off the After-Work Party of Extreme.Nice.People by METALITY e.V., together with the amazing Harkon and Justify. On top of that, since the New Year’s show in January 2025, we’ve also fallen in love with the venue, the team, and the guests of the Eventground with all our heavy metal hearts. Which brings us to the crying eye: as you probably know, Eventground/Underground will close its doors in November, and the scene will lose another beacon of the metal subculture. :/ We could now give a long lecture about the outrageous discrepancy between the value and appreciation of culture under the wheels of politics and business… but in the end, it is what it is. One last year Underground, one last year Eventground. So let’s just make it explode one more time! Thanks to METALITY and Stephanie from Eventground for this invitation.  Am 27. Februar ist es soweit: Der Auftakt unserer 2026er Fest- und Festivaltour steigt im Göttinger Exil! Gefolgt von der traditionellen Ostersause am 05. April in der Szenerie Leer werden diese beiden Dates zudem die bisher einzigen und handverlesenen Shows sein, bei denen ihr uns im Rahmen einer klassischen Club- bzw. Kneipenshow sehen könnt! Danach stehen die Festivalshows beim Mosh im Mai in Kiel, dem Hell Over Halen, den Rock & Metal Dayz in Oschersleben und schließlich dem ROCKHARZ in Ballenstedt im Mittelpunkt. Wir können es kaum erwarten und sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes: packed, plugged & possessed!

Followed by the traditional Easter bash on April 5 at Szenerie in Leer, these two dates will also be the only and carefully handpicked shows where you can see us in the setting of a classic club or pub show. After that, the focus shifts to the festival appearances: Mosh im Mai in Kiel, Hell Over Halen, Rock & Metal Dayz in Oschersleben, and finally ROCKHARZ in Ballenstedt. | THANKS! 2025 - another year of passion! |
 „Zwischen den Jahren“ werfen wir traditionell einen Blick auf das zurückliegende Jahr. Auch wenn wir es nach der Jubiläumssause des Vorjahres live etwas ruhiger angehen lassen haben, ist 2025 doch voller Erinnerungen, die wir nicht missen möchten und für die wir große Dankbarkeit empfinden. Dankbarkeit gegenüber allen, die uns auf unseren Shows besucht und bejubelt haben. Danke an alle Veranstalter, die uns gebucht und sich vor Ort um unser Wohl gesorgt haben. Gleich im Januar starteten wir im Eventground Wuppertal, wo wir vor und hinter der Bühne herzlich empfangen wurden. Ein großer Dank geht dann an Extinct, die maßgeblichen Anteil daran hatten, dass wir im April mit vier Shows Teil der Mosh im Mai Warm-Up Tour sein durften, welche in der Szenerie in Leer am Ostersonntag mit Savage Blood ihren Abschluß fand. Im Juli spielten wir dann bei der großartigen Heimburger Metalnacht unsere einzige Open-Air-Show des Jahres und beendeten dort unsere Livesaison. Wir haben 2025 viele alte Freunde wiedergetroffen und noch mehr neue Freundschaften geschlossen – danke euch allen! Wir sehen uns im nächsten Jahr, das mit anstehenden Festivalshows beim Mosh im Mai, Hell over Halen, Rock & Metal Day'z sowie dem ROCKHARZ schon jetzt einen großen Schatten vorauswirft. Mosh on!
“Between the years” we traditionally take a look back at the year that has passed. Even though we took things a bit easier live in 2025 after the big anniversary celebrations of the previous year, it was still a year full of memories we wouldn’t want to miss and for which we feel deeply grateful. Grateful to everyone who came to our shows and cheered us on. Thanks to all the promoters who booked us and took great care of us on site. We kicked off the year in January with a friends-and-family gathering at Eventground Wuppertal, where we were warmly welcomed both on and off stage. A big thank you goes out to Extinct, who played a major role in making it possible for us to be part of the Mosh im Mai Warm-Up Tour with four shows in April, which came to its finale at Szenerie in Leer on Easter Sunday together with Savage Blood. In July, we played our only open-air show of the year at the fantastic Heimburger Metalnacht, bringing our live season to an end. In 2025 we reconnected with many old friends and made even more new ones – thank you all! We’ll see you next year, which is already casting a big shadow ahead with upcoming festival appearances at Mosh im Mai, Hell Over Halen, Rock and Metal Dayz and ROCKHARZ. Mosh on!

| Final Cry @ Voll in die Eier Pt. V, Leer! |
 Traditionell am Ostersonntag ruft die Szenerie in Leer zu einem besonderen Metal Abend: Voll in die Eier! Wir freuen uns sehr nach 2019 und 2025 im kommenden Jahr erneut dabei zu sein, wenn drei Headliner würdige Bands zur schwermetallischen Ostersause blasen. Mit dabei diesmal: Unsere Labelmates von Aeonblack, die euch mit pure fucking Heavy Metal zum headbangen bringen, sowie unsere Braunschweiger Freunde von Blessed Child, die ihre erste Liveshow ever bekanntlich 2022 zusammen mit uns gefeiert haben und euch mit ihrem bodenständigem Thrash garantiert die Rübe abschrauben. Wir zweifeln nicht daran, dass auch dieses Osterfest ein gepflegter Abriss werden wird. Einlass ab 21 Uhr, Eintritt: Pay What You Want!
Braditionally on Easter Sunday, the scene in Leer calls for a special metal night: Voll in die Eier (Right in the nuts)! We’re very happy to be part of it again next year after 2019 and 2025, when three bands worthy of headliner status will kick off a heavy-metal Easter bash. Joining us this time: our labelmates Aeonblack, who will make you headbang with pure fucking heavy metal, as well as our friends from Braunschweig, Blessed Child, who famously celebrated their very first live show together with us in 2022 and will guaranteed rip your head off with their down-to-earth thrash. We have no doubt that this Easter celebration will once again be a proper demolition. Doors at 9 p.m., admission: Pay What You Want!!

 Vorm Jahresende kommt nochmal Schlag auf Schlag: Wir freuen uns sehr im kommenden Jahr bei der Jubiläumsausgabe des legendären Mosh im Mai Festivals dabei zu sein, welches am 24. und 25. April zum 20jährigen Abriss in die Räucherei Kiel bittet. Tickets - im Rahmen eines fairen und sozialverträglichen "Pay Your Price" System - sind so lange Vorrat reicht an der Tageskasse erhältlich und können auch vor dem Festival reserviert werden. Infos zum Ablauf hierzu gibts Anfang des Jahres auf den Kanälen des Veranstalters. In den kommenden Tagen wird nach und nach das Line-Up enthüllt! Kommt alle, es wird ein Fest!
Before the end of the year, there's more good news: We are very excited to be part of the anniversary edition of the legendary Mosh im Mai festival next year, which will be celebrating its 20th anniversary on April 24 and 25 at the Räucherei Kiel. Tickets—as part of a fair and socially responsible “pay your price” system—are available at the box office while supplies last and can also be reserved before the festival. Information about the process will be available at the beginning of the year on the organizer's channels. The line-up will be revealed bit by bit over the next few days! Danke an Extinct, die uns bereits im Januar nach Rendsburg holten, Surgical Strike für die Einladung auf ihre Record Release Show im März, Mathias und die gesamte Metal Frenzy Crew die uns nicht nur im Juni eine große Bühne, sondern im Dezember noch einen mehr als gelungenen Jahresabschluß beim Weihnachtsbash boten, das MUR und das Wipfelbeben, deren Open Airs wir im Juli Headlinen/Co-Headlinen durften, dem Rock Inn welches uns nach Österreich für eine Show in Landeck/Tirol buchten und natürlich Night In Gales und Deimos' Dawn die einen großartigen Rahmen unserer Jubiläumsshow in der ausverkauften SubKultur bildeten. Wir haben in diesem viele alte Freunde wieder getroffen und noch mehr neue Freundschaften geschlossen. Wir blicken zurück auf eins der erfolgreichsten Jahre unserer Bandgeschichte und ihr alle habt eine großen Anteil daran. See you 2025, ob nun bei der Neujahrshow im Eventground Wuppertal, der Heimburger Metalnacht, oder der ein oder anderen Show die sicher noch folgen wird.

We look back on the past year with gratitude. Thank you all for visiting and cheering us on at our shows and festivals. Thank you to all the organizers who booked us and took such good care of us. Looking back, 2024 proved to be more than worthy of an anniversary year and offered the highlights we dreamed of. Thanks to Extinct, who brought us to Rendsburg in January, Surgical Strike for inviting us to their record release show in March, Mathias and the entire Metal Frenzy crew who not only gave us a big stage in June, but also a more than successful end to the year at the Christmas Bash in December, the MUR and the Wipfelbeben, whose open airs we headlined/co-headlined in July, the Rock Inn who booked us to Austria for a show in Landeck/Tyrol and of course Night In Gales and Deimos' Dawn who provided a great setting for our anniversary show in the sold out SubKultur. We met up with many old friends and made even more new ones. We can look back on one of the most successful years in our band's history and you all played a big part in it. See you in 2025, whether at the New Year's show at Eventground Wuppertal, the Heimburger Metalnacht, or one or two other shows that are sure to follow

 35 Jahre mussten wir offenbar erst alt werden um unseren ersten Videoclip zu veröffentlichen! Denn in der Tat, abgesehen vom "The Ever-Rest" Lyricvideo und 2-3 Live Mitschnitten, gabs sowas bisher noch nie. Pünktlich zum Beginn unseres Jubiläumsjahres ist es nun also so weit und wir präsentieren "The Beckoning Silence" vom aktuellen Album in Ton und Bild. Im Video gibts neben den majestätische und dramatische Bilder passend zum Albumkonzept auch Livefootage welches bei unserer Show am 09. We obviously had to be 35 years old to release our first video clip! Because in fact, apart from "The Ever-Rest" lyric video and 2-3 live recordings, there has never been anything like it before. Just in time for the start of our anniversary year, the time has come and we present "The Beckoning Silence" from the current album in sound and vision.  Es ist uns eine ganz besondere Freude mit einer „Anniversary Homecoming Show“ auf dem Wipfelbeben 2024 Open Air im wörtlichen Sinne "heimzukehren". Nur einen Steinwurf von der idyllischen Waldlocation des Open Airs bei Delligsen entfernt, wurde vor 35 Jahren (im beschaulichen Eschershausen) FINAL CRY gegründet! Wir kehren somit zurück an unsere Brutstätte, welcher wir Live seit gut 15 Jahren nicht mehr so nah waren. Kommt vorbei und lasst uns auf dem Wipfelbeben eine (denk)würdige Party zelebrieren! Wir werden uns auf ein gut 60 minütiges Jubiläums Festivalset vorbereiten und freuen uns darauf, den Waldfrieden in Bornemannshausen zu stören! Das Jahresende ist die Zeit in welcher viele Bands voller Stolz ihre Spotify Zahlen präsentieren. Der Tonträger ist schließlich tot, so heißt es. Und da sitzen wir und zählen, rechnen und zählen… und wähnen uns augenreibend im falschen Jahrzehnt oder gar einem Paralleluniversum.
Mit unendlichem Dank an jeden da draußen der seinen Teil dazu beigetragen hat, freuen wir uns bekannt geben zu dürfen, daß unser aktuelles Album „The Ever-Rest“ über 1000 physische Albumverkäufe erreicht,- und bereits überschritten hat! Im Jahr 2023! Als Band die stets ihren Idealen und dem Underground treu geblieben ist! And there we sit, counting, calculating and counting ... imagining ourselves in the wrong decade or even a parallel universe.  Nach unserer kurzfristigen Absage in diesem Jahr war es im Grunde nur eine Formsache, doch jetzt ist es offiziell: Wir werden unsere Festivalshow auf dem MUR Open Air des Metalstammtisch Königsee im kommenden Jahr nachholen. Passend zu unserem 35jährigen Jubiläum werden wir hierfür ein amtliches „Special Jubiläums Festival Set“ im Gepäck haben und freuen uns zusammen mit Bands wie Illdisposed, Eisregen, Sacrifire, die (neu) Labelkollegen von Battlecreek und anderen die Bühne auf dem Gebörne in Königsee abreißen zu können! Das MUR findet am 12./13. Juli statt. Wir freuen uns und haben Bock!
After our cancellation at short notice this year, it was basically just a formality, but now it's official: We will make up for our festival show at the MUR Open Air of the Metalstammtisch Königsee next year. Für uns zählt dieses Album als Meilenstein unseres Schaffens, nicht zuletzt weil wir uns darauf erstmals und durchweg von einer deutlich härteren Seite gezeigt haben, als noch auf Wavecrest (1997) und Spellcast (2000). Mit Wolves Among Sheep haben wir sozusagen die Weichen hin zum heutigen, nach wie vor vom Thrash Metal, geprägten Stil gestellt! Hört mal rein
21 years ago, in November 2002, our third album "Wolves Among Sheep" was released on the Erlangen label OTR Productions. To mark the occasion, we have now made the 9 songs (including a cover version of the #Whiplash classic "The Burning Of Atlanta") available on all download and streaming portals. For us, this album is a milestone in our career, not least because it was the first time we showed a much heavier side to ourselves than on Wavecrest (1997) and Spellcast (2000). With Wolves Among Sheep we have, so to speak, set the course for today's style, which is still characterized by thrash metal! Have a listen.

After we had to cancel this year's show at the MUR Open Air at relatively short notice, we were all the more looking forward to our last season highlight, the Helmfest 2023. Folks - what a blast?! It was awesome. From the incredible crew on site to the great audience in front of the stage, you gave us our season highlight. THANK YOU HELMFEST!  Am Samstag den 15. Juli werden wir auf dem MUR OPEN AIR in Königsee (bei Ilmenau) zur Primetime von 21:10 bis 22:10 Axt und Kettensäge auspacken und euch ein 60-Minuten Headliner Set um die Ohren hauen. Bereits am Freitag schrauben euch u.a. Tyrmfar, Soul Demise, M.A.D, und Rezet die Rübe ab. Am Samstag geben wir euch mit Smorrah, Ylmgard, Falling Meat, Without Words, Zero Degree und Ka-tet den Rest! Klingt gut? Kommt rum! Das 2-Tages Ticket gibts für schlanke 35,- EUR!

 Freunde der Abrissbirne haltet euch fest, denn wir werden am Donnerstag den 3. August zur Primetime das HelmFest 2023 mit einem Headliner-Set rocken! Wir zählen also darauf, dass ihr alle zahlreich und vor allem schon Donnerstag anreist und euch auch das restliche Tagesprogramm nicht entgehen lasst, bevor wir dann ab 21:10 bis 22:15 gemeinsam - wir auf,- und ihr vor der Bühne - die Matten kreisen lassen! Wir haben zu diesem Anlass ein Special Set im Gepäck und werden euch 65 Minuten lang den Soundtrack zum standesgemäßen abschädeln um die Ohren blasen. In diesem Sinne - Helme auf und hoch die Tassen! Die komplette Running Order aller drei Tage gibts anbei. Außerdem gibt neben den Festivaltickets (64,- inkl. camping) nun auch Tagestickets für 30-40 Euro! Kommt rum!

| (N)Ever Rest on Stage - 2023 |
 Unter dem Motto "(N)Ever Rest on stage" stehen die ersten Liveshows für 2023 fest. Los gehts im März, wo wir bereits am 04.03. mit Godslave und Dragonsfire zum "Thrash over Walsrode Pt. V" aufspielen, bevor es eine Woche später nach Wesel geht um die Releaseshow der Labelkollegen von Disminded zu zelebrieren. Im April steht in Braunschweig das nächste Record Release an: Deimos' Dawn (mit Marc Grewe an den vocs) hauen ihr Debut raus und wir sind zusammen mit Surgical Strike dabei. Im Juni steigt im Helvete in Oberhausen Arkham Auditions u.a. mit Nocte Obducta und Soul Grinder, während der Juli und August mit dem MUR Open Air und dem Helmfest ganz im Zeichen der Festival Saison steht. Wir hoffen man sieht sich irgendwo!
Under the motto "(N)Ever Rest on stage" the first live shows for 2023 are fixed. It starts in March, when we will play "Thrash over Walsrode Pt. V" with Godslave and Dragonsfire on 4 March, before heading to Wesel a week later to celebrate the release show of our labelmates from Disminded. The next record release is scheduled for April in Braunschweig: Deimos' Dawn (with Marc Grewe on vocs) will release their debut and we will be there together with Surgical Strike.  Thüringen! Wir sind am 15. Juli auf dem Metal Underground Resistance in Königsee/Thüringen! Bereits zum achten mal findet das MUR Open Air statt und für den 14./15. Juli haben die Veranstalter erneut ein schickes Billing zusammen gestellt.
